March 8: Jay Heaman, County of Oxford

This week our speaker, March 8,  will be Jay Heaman of the County of Oxford. He will present to us the plans for Oxford County to have zero waste and use 100 % Renewable energy in the coming years. This process will involve a lot of steps and challenges and Jay will tell us about that.
