After the meal, which was barbequed by the Murthi family and Erik, President Michael whished Jordan a successfull trip and was saying how fortuned our club is to have such a wonderfull exchange student.
Jordan will be leaving for Brazil today(wednesday)and hope to stay for 1 year, goes to school there and will be living with several different families to experience their culture.
The Rotary Youth Exchange program's purpose is to create Peace and World understanding by experiencing different cultures.
Michael thanked Jordan for being our ambassador for Rotary, Woodstock and Canada.
Goodluck Jordan and please keep us up to date.

The Toy Show and Auction was discussed, it being August 24-26, is coming up soon.
Last year, as always, was very successfull, and raised over $3500.00 for Rotary projects.
We are looking for donated items for the Auction, like tractors, trucks, construction equipment, gift certificates for golf or for any other services or products which we can auction off, also money which we will buy a toy item for to be auctioned.
To be successfull again, we will need evryones help in one way or another and hope we can count on this.
The signup sheet is on the spoke or you can contact Peter Stam.

This evening we were able to have lots of informal fellowship in a relaxed atmosphere and good food.
Thanks to the Murthi Family.
