Meeting Minutes from Oct 13/04

The meeting was called to order by incoming president, Pieter Stam.
Our Guest for this evening were introduced by Coral, which were: Tom Hemsworth, Eric Tremblay and Stevi Mae, our Exchange student from South Africa

After the meal, Sergeant at Arms, Nelson fined everyone a buck or two, because we did not have the minimum amount of people for our meals, so this made up for the shortfall.
A happy buck was given by Jack Bingham as he and Sally will be gone to the banana belt for 6 weeks
Pieter talked about the membership meeting that was attended by 4 of the directors on Saturday Oct. 2/04
That meeting was held to share the problems we face with losing our members and how to possible retain them.
We will have some printed info on this in the near future.
The remaining meeting time was spend on Tribe meetings and we preplanned our future events and meetings.

October 27, GSE Team from New Zealand coming to Woodstock for the day.
