Kim Quigley,

Kim's history,

Surrounded by food and family growing up ??" baked incessantly and learned early the satisfaction that comes from feeding people

Para-legal, married and entertaining regularly

Studied at the Cordon Bleu in England, then worked with Lucy Waverman at The Cooking School in Toronto ??" teaching and assisting.  This also prompted my jump into recipe testing and developing for food companies.

Began catering when a friend asked me to cater her wedding.  Custom catering for friends began from my home, perfect with kids.

Developed a complimentary team building approach for companies to offer catering and cooking classes to enhance team work and work efficiency or market products.

Moved back to Woodstock, purchased a bar/restaurant in Kitchener, began writing for the Sentinel-Review on a weekly basis, started up a local catering business while continuing the Toronto catering and team building and offered cooking classes from my home.

Now run custom cooking classes as well as classes out of Hurley??Ts Independent Grocer in Ingersoll, team building

Kim Spoke at our meeting about what she loves doing and while she was speaking, she prepared some snacks for us to try out, which tasted delicious.

She showed some simple ways to make something creative, she surely has a gift for making good food.

Thank you Kim for coming out and speaking and preparing the food snacks.
