Meeting of October 19, 2005

We welcomed the Group Study Exchange team from Mexico to our meeting this week. They had spent the day in Woodstock.

The GSE team visited the "Racing Against Drugs" program, the Oxford Community Police Headquarters, the Women's Emergency Centre, and finished with a tour of the Woodstock Community Complex. Thanks were expressed to Gord Martin and John Garton for organizing the day and guiding the team around Woodstock. The members of the team are from Tijuana and Sonora, Mexico. They each shared some information about themselves and also showed two video presentations.
