This evening Lori Lupton from Pelee Island Winery, and Tom Hemsworth from Springbank Cheese were our guest speakers. They each touched on their respected subjects and the tasting began at 7:15pm. Tom did his homework and paired 4 Pelee Wines, each with 2 cheeses.
 
Springbank Cheese is operated by three generations of the Hemsworth family, they are an independent, Canadian company with decades of experience in the cheese business. Our family has been in the cheese business since 1960, involved in the grading and selection of cheese from around the world.
