on Board Meeting held on Jan.12 2006

-Three Mexico projects were brought forward by Terry Hemsworth and were discussed.
The board approved the proposed project to go ahead with, subject to member approval.
-Rama Murhti volunteered to fill in as interim Director in the absence of Byron.
Byron has resigned from his position of Director due to scheduling problems.
-Steve Halyk looked into family membership and it is in the trial stages and will not be known before 2007 if it will become available.
-Speakers, every person booking a speaker will be responsible to get a profile on the speaker and subject at the time of booking the speaker.
-The board approved our goal to increase our givings to Rotary Foundation to $200.00 U.S. per club member subject to the success of the 2006 Fish Fry silent auction.
