Last week we had the privilege of skyping with Mark Hemsworth, Founder and Director of Rent-To-Own Africa.  www.rtoafrica.com
Mark has now been in Africa for 3 years, and founded his business in 2009 to facilitate access to productive assets - such as irrigation pumps and ox carts - for Southern Africa’s growth-oriented entrepreneurs.

From Mark's blog http://markhemsworth.blogspot.com "The business has 105 people living in rural Zambia who owe us over $100,000, and my team of people are working hard to collect this money and grow this amount to $300,000 by October".

Our club has been following Mark's progress in Africa from the beginning and are so proud of his accomplishments.  His business has certainly grown and is successful.  88% of his customers succeed with their contract with Rent-To-Own!

Mark has been recognized for his achievements and has become a Rainer Arnhold Fellow.  Rainer Arnhold Fellows are people with good ideas about change in places that need change the most.  http://www.rainerfellows.org/?q=node/55
Congratulations on this achievement Mark!Image
