Saturday November 9 we loaded the container headed for Schools in South Africa.

Just wanted to thank all of you for coming out on Saturday and help with the container project to South Africa.
Norwich Brick and Tile for trucking the books to Norwich, Tim Hortons for supplying the coffee, Neil Scholten (Woodstock Total Rentals)for supplying the loader, Gerrit Bouman (Stam nurseries)for dropping off the skids of mats and the use of the cube van. Leigh, Alma and Edie for making the sandwiches and soup.
The Rotary Club of Tillsonburg, Rotary Club of Ingersoll, Rotary Club of Woodstock-Oxford, Rotary Club of Palgrave, Rotary Club of Oakville Trafalgar, Rotary Club of Burlington East and Friends of Rotary for donating the funds to pay for this container to ship to South Africa.
Without all of you, this would not be possible, all of you are making a difference in someone's life as these children in South Africa receive these supplies. For many children these may be things they have only dreamed of getting to their schools, and now they will have some of these things. The schools that receive these items are out in the country and in the mountains and the further the are away from the Cities, the less they receive from their school boards.
I figured out roughly 15,000 books went on this container and about 800 chairs, many desks, soccer shoes and other items. I may be missing some people and I hope you will send their email to me and also if you took pictures, please forward them to me also
